Riverside Energy Michigan is the largest natural gas producer in Michigan. The company produces ~105 mmcf/day gross operated gas production from 4,200 producing long life wells, located throughout northern Michigan. A significant portion of the assets were previously owned by Michcon/DTE, Atlas and Chevron, as acquired by Riverside/Umbono in 2016 in partnership with White Deer Energy. Subsequent acquisitions since means that Riverside enjoys very stable cash flows from its reliable, low decline asset base and over 500,000 net acres of leasehold that is held by production.

Riverside owns nearly 150,000 acres of full column leasehold in Indiana, with significant undeveloped oil and natural gas potential
