Serving Baroness Cox’s Vision

To pursue a vision for healthcare, education, peace, justice and freedom for oppressed communities worldwide, particularly those in active conflict zones, post conflict areas devastated by war and areas where people are marginalized, oppressed and exploited.

WHERE WE WORK

WHERE WE WORK

Our Mission

HART is a Christian non-profit organization seeking to follow Jesus' footsteps by serving people in need, especially those who are or who have been suffering from oppression and persecution. Our twofold remit combines aid and advocacy; providing resources for humanitarian aid and serving as advocates for those with whom we work, who often are neglected by international media and unable to communicate with the wider world.

Our Approach

HART works with partner organizations rooted in local communities serving these partners and communities by establishing aid programs. In our quest to serve oppressed communities we particularly seek to assist those trapped behind closed borders. HART relies on first-hand evidence of human rights violations and we therefore visit such areas, both to monitor projects and the use of donors' funds, and to gather evidence that further assists our advocacy, including founder Baroness Cox’s influence in the UK House of Lords.
